  5. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  6. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  7. and and the author of this software package
  8. (MajikSoft). By installing or otherwise using
  9. this Software you agree to be bound by this agreement.
  10. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  11. you may not install or use this Software.

  13. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  14. copies of this Software on your computers.
  15.  
  16. You may give this software package to your
  17. friends, burn it onto your own CD-Rom's (or other media)
  18. and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers as long
  19. as the original package remains unmodified.
  20. You may not sell this package. You have to ask
  21. authors permission before including this package 
  22. to any commercial distribution.

  24. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part 
  25. of this Software. You may not rent or lease the Software.

  27. All rights in the Software (including any images
  28. or text incorporated into the Software) are owned
  29. by the author of this Software.

  31. This Agreement will immediately and automatically 
  32. terminate without notice if you fail to comply 
  33. with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree 
  34. upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product 
  35. together with all of its component parts, prior and 
  36. replacement versions, and all copies and modifications 
  37. thereof in any form.

  39. The author of this software does not guarantee that this 
  40. Software is free from bugs or free from viruses.

  42. The author will not make available Technical Support for
  43. this Software. The author may, from time to time, revise 
  44. or update the Software. In so doing, the author
  45. incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or 
  46. updates to you.

  48. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 
  49. THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND 
  50. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, 
  51. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
  52. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A

  60. LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) 
  61. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE 
  62. PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  63. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE AUTHOR┤S 
  64. CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY 
  65. FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS 
  66. OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT 
  67. SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS LICENSE.

  69. Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared 
  70. void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, 
  71. such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms
  72. hereof.
